Hi, I’m Dominic Hook, a Melbourne-based filmmaker with a love of storytelling and a decade of experience in the industry. Over the years, I've developed my skills in documentary and short-form video production, working extensively with athletes and companies in the sporting world. I’m obsessed with trying to capture the essence of people and their stories, whether through corporate, artistic, or action-sports projects.

I've had the privilege of collaborating with renowned brands and institutions such as Giant Bicycles, the Victorian Institute of Sport, SRAM, and Bosch. My work with athletes like Peta Mullens, Col Pearse, Anabelle Smith, and Bauke Mollema has allowed me to capture some amazing stories that I’m really proud of. Being raised by musicians has allowed me to enjoy creating content for musicians including Mal Webb, The Franklin Electric, Formidable Vegetable, and Bend The West.

As a videographer, I bring a comprehensive set of skills and equipment to the table, enabling me to be a handy solution for everything from pre production through to delivery.

I like to work with marketing departments, production companies, and creative agencies to help them do what they do best. My goal is always to create quality content that delivers results and makes everyone involved look good.

Thanks for stopping by, and I’d love to hear from you if you think I could be of use in your next video project.
