Canyon Bicycles are a big name in the bike world and offer direct sales of their products to their international consumer base from their head office in Europe. However they also have support centres around the world, including here in Melbourne.

This video was created to bring people behind the scenes at the Canyon Australia/New Zealand factory and establish them as an Aussie repair/warranty and sales staff option.
